Remove Read Only

Can some one tell me how to remove the 'Read Only' designation from the
properties for Files on a CD? Whenever I try to do it I get an error
message.

You can't. You need to copy the files from the CD onto the Hard Drive, then change the Attributes for files that are on the Hard Drive.
