Remove Outlook Express

I have windows Live Mail on XP SP3. I uninstalled Outlook Express in the
Control Panel but the folder with some files in it are still on my computer.
How can I get rid of Outlook Express completely?

You can't. It's a system file and Windows File Protection insists on its
presence in the system.
