Remove .NET framework

How do I remove the Microsoft .NET framework from XP Pro.

It was installed by error I need to get rid of it. it is NOT in Add & Remove
in Control Panel.

While I did not write the post I referred the OP to, I would say it meant
"reformat and start your system over from scratch" - "reinstall the OS" -
"wipe the slate clean" - "begin again" and so on.
