Some users use a big image in their email signature. To reduce message
size, I want to delete the image and save the email. Is there a way to
do it? Sometimes the image is in the middle of the email. I can't
delete that either. I can only delete it if it's shown at the bottom
of message header.

I use Outlook 2007 (12.0.6316.5000) SP1 MSO (12.0.6320.5000).

When you receive a Rich Text message, open the message, click Edit>Edit
Message and then you can remove the attachment. I'm not at my OL 2007 system
right now, so I can't tell you what ribbon chunk contains the Edit Message.

Thank you! It took me a while to find Edit Message. It's under Other
Actions.
