remove IEXPLORE.EXE from start up

When my Windows starts up, there is a process with name "IEXPLORE.EXE"
run when I check it in task manager.

It looks weird, because I haven't opened IE to browse webpage.

Anyone can suggest how to remove that process ?

Iexplore.exe is Internet Explorer. It should not be in startup. Please
do the normal troubleshooting for viruses and malware as infection is
the most likely reason you have this:

Actually IE opens as xp loads,being on the internet has no
bearing.IEXPLORE.EXE
is a system file,w/o it xp wont operate correctly.
