Actually IE opens as xp loads,being on the internet has no
bearing.IEXPLORE.EX
is a system file,w/o it xp wont operate correctly
When my Windows starts up, there is a process with nam "IEXPLORE.EXE
run when I check it in task manager
It looks weird, because I haven't opened IE to browse webpage
Anyone can suggest how to remove that process
