Remove Icon

I have an icon that is basically an ad for virus protection. It opens a
ballon for virus protection. It's not listed as a program to remove from the
add/remove programs list. Right click does not work to remove it. I've run
virus/firewall scans, and the computer's clean. How do I delete the icon? Any
help would be appreciated.
