Remove ICON Overlay for Offline Files

I'm trying to find a way to remove the overlay on Offline Files on windows XP
(the black clock icon in the lower left corner. Tried TweakUI but that only
works for .lnk files it doesn't work for off line files.

To remove the offline file overlay icon you must remove the following
key in the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Expl
orer\ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers\Offline
Files

worked for me.
