Remove force Screen saver

I have a policy set on the default domain policy to have the screen
saver come on after 600 seconds. How can I exclude computers or users
in AD not to follow this? 2003 Windows Server

Put your computers that will not get those settings in a sub ou and
configure a new GPO to your desired settings.
Or
Put your computers that will not get those settings in a security group an
filter the GPO.
