I have reached the 2gb limit on a PST in Outlook 2003. I would like to move
some folders from this PST to another new PST. Is there a way to generate a
listing of all folders/subfolders and their size inKB and perhaps number of
members in the folder/subfolder. That way I can make a decision on what to
move from the PST.

There isnt such a limit in OL2003, unless you are still using a pst from an
earlier version of OL
OL2003 uses unicode, 20gb limit
Pre OL2003, ansi format &2gb limit

Sorry, I should have said that I found the online listing. That screen tis
too small when you have 500+ folders. I was hoping for some type of batch
listing or extract so I could get a view of what it looked like in total so I
could make a decision as to what to do.

It was a pre-existing PST from 2000 or 2002. I created a new one a copied
everything to the new one and then compressed the old one. Strangely the new
one took more space than the old one had. Thanks.

There isn't such a method. You can choose to bring up that dialog at a lower
folder level instead.

Thanks for your input. The folder was a pre-existing PST from 2000 or 2002. I

old one. Strangely the new one took more space than the old one had. Thanks.
