When I start a new email and go to choose the recipients
to receive the message the Outlook address book comes up
showing all of the email addresses and fax number of my
contacts. Is there any way to remove the fax numbers from
the address book? This annoys me to no end because I never
send messages through fax.
I'm using Outlook 2000 on a work computer (ie no admin
access)
