Remove empty lines, spaces, & Fine and Replace

First of all I've to say Hi for everybody, and how do you do? hope everything goes excellent with you all.

Indeed I've lot of question here, but the most one I've worked to solved it not so far is:
:?: 1. suppose that I've a long text in "Microsoft Word 2003" consist of many paragraphs, but this text isn't formatted correctly, I mean there are alto of empty lines, so may spaces between and before each paragraph, ... etc.

What I want here is:

a. remove all empty lines in one or in more leas actions
b. remove all spaces before the paragraphs
c. remove more than one spaces between words if exist

:?: 2. suppose I've a long text consist of many sentences, each end with "." period.
What I want here is:

put every sentence in one line

And I've to say that I read and try to solve these problems by things like: "CloseUpPara", and trying some Macros, but I couldn't solve them yet.
