Remove duplication accross 2 columns

I have got help removing duplicates in one column. I am now working wit
multiple columns with duplicates. if i have columns, customer name
customer number. I could have the same customer name 10 times an
associated with the name i could have 8 customer numbers the same the
2 other numbers the same.
Is it possible to remove the duplicate customer numbers and remain wit
just 2 different customer numbers and the same customer name jus
twice?

Any help would be great,
