Outlook Remove Deleted users out of Outlook Shared Calendar

Use PFDAVAdmin.... it's a tool that connects to the exchange server and lets you edit all the permissions on the mailboxs etc in the mailstore.
If the user no longer exists then the user will be listed like SSID-04-0345345325 or unknown.

You can download it from Microsoft.
