Remove Country

When a Contact goes to my boss' Trio it adds Country. How can I remove same?
 
Trio?
Do you mean "Treo?"
Did you realize this is an Outlook group, not a Palm group? Sync questions
must be directed to whoever supports the sync software. They are not Outlook
issues.
