You're asking in the wrong place: this is a tech support newsgroup for
Microsoft Access programs.
I have NO idea what cosmi might be, but I can suggest using Start... Control
Panel... Add and Remove Software; find the program in the list and click the
Remove button.
If it's spyware or a virus, use a good antispyware program such as AdAware
or Spybot Search & Destroy, or a good antivirus program.
