Remove comments and changes?!

I want to remove the whole apparatus that allows you to insert comments and
that shows changes you make. I pasted a text and now it's all red and
underlined annoying!

I want to remove the whole apparatus that allows you to insert
comments and that shows changes you make. I pasted a text and now
it's all red and underlined annoying!

It can't be "removed". But it's never turned on unless you turn it on.

To get rid of the markup in the existing document, turn off tracking (just
double-click the TRK letters on the status bar at the bottom, so they become
grey instead of black), and then accept all changes.
