Remove Bullets in Outlook 2007 wth Vista

Renaming "Normal.dot" left me with the error message, "could not find
normal.dot" every time I closed a document after creating or using a macro in
Word 2007.
For a short time, none of my new macros appeared on the custom toolbars.

So, I named the same file back to its original name and that, at least,
visually restored my custom toolbars.

However, I'm still stuck with this automatic bulleting in Outlook.
 
What is this "bulleting" you are talking about? Can you be a bit more
specific?
