remove browsing to c: from users

how if possible to stop users browsing to a drive letter
when the drive is hidden that is fine but if you type the
location eg file/open c: it takes you to the drive and you
can then navigate the drive can this be stoped

Local drives? NTFS file access controls (ACLs). This is a filesystem
and not a registry issue though.

gpedit.msc > User Configuration > Adm Templates > Win Components > Windows
Explorer > Prevent Access ...
