remove auto title feature

How can you set up word so it doesn't automatically save a title for a new
document? I know you can go to Options: Save, and there's a checkbox for
"prompt for document properties" but is there a way to set it up to have a
blank title?

If the template on which the document is based does not have text in the
Title field, Word will not suggest that text as a filename, but it will
select the first text in the document (up to the first punctuation mark or
line or paragraph break) as the suggested title/filename.
