Remove added photo on login to XP Pro

I'm trying to maintain some PCs in a school and have a small problem:
Someone has added a photo to an "XP Pro" PC which appears after the Windows
boot logo and just after a student logs in and reads the message: "loading
your personal" settings. This screen photo appears for about 10 seconds and
then disappears. It also appears when shutting down. What kind of image file
could this be and can anyone suggest a way to remove it?

I know you can use TweakUI to make your background picture (from your
Desktop) display at about the time you mentioned. Perhaps this is a result of
a student thinking this will affect only his/her logon. Look for TweakUI on
the computer, perhaps.
