Remove / Add code through VBA

I had seen post relating to this sometime back but could not find it.
I want to remove marcro throug VBA.
If possible add too.
Can someone point me to the web site where this is described?

Now I opened the site and wanted to add in Favourites, and IE promted me
that I already have in my favourites!
I think that's how this programming thing is. Find within yourself. ;-)
