I am having trouble with a file belonging to some spyware/malware. I can not
remove when Windows is started. I have tried i safe mode. But the file is
bound to Winlogon. When trying to emty recycle bin I get a message that the
file is in use. I tried remove the entries from the registry but they are
back after reboot.

I even tried to start recovery console from boot-cd. I can not remove the
file from c:\recycler\S-1-5-~1\dc149\efecc.dll. I tried to change attribs for
the recycler folder. No luck. Is there any chance to empty c:\recycler
manually??

I have tried Norton, Lavasoft AdAware, Ewido, and Hijackthis. Those programs
have found and removed some different files.

Thanks in advance.

Boot in Safe Mode and remove the Registry entries. Then reboot normally.
