How do you get removed from this mailing list that is
automatically setup when you post a question it's bombing
out my mail box +/-30 mails a day

There is no member-ship kind of concept. Your mail viewer is just configured
to see the posts belonging to microsoft.public.win2000.fax. Depending on
your mail viewer, just unsubscribe to this newsgroup.
