removal tool for microsoft antispyware beta

After microsoft antispyware beta will they release a
uninstaller/removal tool program to remove all of the
antispyware component completely so no left over on
registry and on the folders

Actually, the MSAS will be automaticly downloaded with the
service pack released after July 31st, so all machines
that update, will have the new version on it.

It is a beta program, so Microsoft is at least expecting you to be testing
it on a test machine. I consider to be stable product though for a beta. I
ran XP SP2 in beta on this machine and did end up formatting it and it still
runs perfect.

I believe that ruiz is referring to the fact that an uninstall of MSAS
is far from complete. After uninstalling, there remains behind some 45
or more registry keys for it, along with folders on the hard drive (that
contain nothing, and therefore should have been easily removed by the
uninstall), and even the Start Menu items for the programme.

IOW, the uninstall of MSAS isn't.. it removes the programme but leaves
behind a ton of garbage and references to itself that also should be
removed if the uninstall were to be doing it's job...
