removal of software program...

I have tried to remove a program (Norton Antivirus 2003)
then installed Norton Antivirus 2004, but Norton
Antivirus 2003 still shows up in the add/remove program
list. Now I can't uninstall the live update or live reg.
programs form Norton. How do I get it removed from the
list and computer so I can move forward? Please help!!!

Download Rnav2003.exe from their site
http://www.symantec.com/search
Search for
"How to uninstall Norton AntiVirus 2003 or earlier by using the Rnav2003.exe removal utility
