Hi Charles,

Try removing your hardware from computer, then run device manager. Under
view check "show hidden devices. Then try to remove all problematic
hardware. Hope this helps.:)

I spoke with my tech support (that is provided by the biulder of the pc) about this issue. His suggestion was to go into the registry and manualy delet the references to the device. this worked :-) however, I reinstalled the Usb adapter per the destrutions, and I am right back where I was

any other sugestion

The propduct is a USB adapter model # MN-110 driver ver is 1.0

Is there an update for this driver
Does MS even know that there is a problem with it?
Where can I get support for this thing
I went to the support web site an it is asking me for a PID can't find it

thank

Charles
