removal of attachments on e-mails

Outlook express has been removing attachments on my e-
mails because they have been considered dangerous. I am
interested in accesing these attachments, for majorly
they are religious messages, non offensive.
How can I deal with this?
Help me please.

Open OE go to Tools>Options>Security>take the check out of Do Not Allow
Attachments to be opened
