Removable drive won't install

I recently installed a HP Photosmart D7360 printer. My problem is, the
removable drive won't install. I've contacted HP, and they tell me the
problem is with my computer, since everything will install on my wifes
computer. Does anyone have any ideas?

In your case it is the Memory Card/PictBridge drive that is not installing.
Which
is a removable drive. Did you connect this printer to your PC prior to
installing
the software? Install the software first during which you'll be prompted when
to connect it and when to turn it on. I had a similar experience and this is
how I solved it, unless another reader has a better suggestion.

Right, it is the card reader drive. I've already done everything you
suggested, several times over. In fact, I just did it again, as you
Explained, in case I had missed something. Still have the same problem.
