Removable drive not accessible

Hi guys, any idea why am i getting this message when i'm trying to access my
thumbdrive?

F:\ is not accessible. Access is denied.

I'm logged in as an Administrator. Any idea why is this happening? I've
tried my thumbdrive on other pc's and they could access it. I'm also having
the exact same problem with my floppy drive. Thanks
 
Rt click MyComputer>select Properties>Hardware>Device Manager>Floppy
Drive. rt click and select Uninstall. Same with Floppy Disk Controller.
Same with all your USB Controllers. Restart and let XP reinstall them.
