Remotely loggin off win2k

Hello,

I have 10 workstations in my business that have access to
data files on my server that need to be updated
frequently.

The problem is my business closes at 10PM and to do this I
need exclusive access on the server.

Is there any way I can use GOTOMY PC to remotely log off
these workstations, gain exclusive access to my data files
and update them?

You can use the remote shutdown tool from Win2k resource
kit to shut down any computer you have admin rights to.

You could set up allowed Logon times which would
automatically log the users off.
