RemoteCtl.exe

Everytime I log on I get the message "RemoteCtl.exe" has
a problem and needs to close, do you want to send a
message to Microfoft. I keep sending the messages but
nothing hapens, I am a new user to computers and would be
grateful if anyone can tell me what I need to do to
correct the problem. The system sometimes has difficulty
in connecting to email and web pages. I have to make all
my contacts through the microsoft reporting page.

Barry;
First this message sent to MS does nothing for you, it is used by MS to
see what sort of problems are encountered by users. There is no feed back
to you.
Second, try looking in Event Viewer to see if there may not be more
info. I tried two different searches on the web and could get nothing in
English on RemoteCtl.exe. Translated one from Spanish. RemoteCtl.exe may
have something to do with winamp. Also did a search on my machine and could
not find anything.
I do not know if this is much help. Let us know.
