Cant install TV Card

Dear Sir,

My TV Card can not installed and everytime when I switch
on the PC, there are error message "RemoteCtl.exe has
encountered a problem and needs to close". And the
module "ioctl.dll" shows when I click detail. Would you
let me know what problem?
