Remote Warehouses

I have a main office with 5 Servers (2 DC's,1Wsus,1SQL 2000 & 1
Exch2003) and 50 Client computers. In a few short weeks I have to set
up 2 remote location warehouses that I want to my companies VPN
connection this is provided by a Cisco ASA 5510 VPN pix at the main
office. As far as the remote pc's I have joined them to the domain,
put all there software on including Dynamics Ax4 and given them the
VPN client. Can anybody please tell me if this is a viable option, I
was thinking (Internet, Modem, Computer, VPN) I was not planning to
use a router at the remote locations either. Would it be beneficial
to use an IPSEC vpn router such as the Linksys rvo42. I do not have
RRAS or ISA in place.

kindly help a brother out,
