remote user passwords

I need to change 300 remote users passwords. They are all
VPN clients. I select "User must change password at next
logon", when I try to test it, i get a mesaage telling me
the username or passwords is incorrect. Is there a way i
can set it up to have all the users change their passwords?

Hello,

What type of VPN are you using and how are the users connecting?

The checkbox you are selecting is effcetive only at network logon, and if
you are using a third party VPN where you log on locally first or log on
with cached credentials and then bring up the VPN I would expect that users
would NOT be prompted.
