Remote Registry

I have just installed Windows service pack 2 on three computers to test and
am having some problems.

I cannot access the remote registry of these computers now.

I can ping them, connect via remote desktop and connect remotely to their c
drives, but for some reason I can't connect to remote registry?

I have checked that the service is on and it is.

Any ideas?

If the service is on, then go to Start>Run>type regedit and click OK.
After the editor opens click File and click Connect Network Registry.
