Remote Procedure Call keeps turning off my computer, stating this action was initiated by Windows NT Authority System; why is this happening? Is there a problem with my computer?

Yes you have a problem, It sounds as if you have the
blaster virus. You can find a fix for it on the \\\\\ms
web site.
