Remote procdeure call terminated unexpectedly when in internet

The COM+ Event System detects a bad return code during its
internal processing. HRESULT was 8007006BF from line 44 of
d:\nt\com\com1x\src\events\tie r1\eventsystemobj.cpp.

This closest down my windows XP and then reboots when I am
in internet. Any solutions?
 
Starting last night, I am getting a similar message.
Automatic Shutdown.
Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Service Terminated
Unexpectedly.
I am researching a solution.
