Hi,

I am trying to deploy an anti-virus to XP desktops. The desktops are not
part of a domain. I am trying to use the administrator's account but cannot
successfully get admin credentials and push the software. When I check the
machine, the name for the admin account shows: LAN Administrator. Should I
use this name instead of administrator? Any thoughts? P

As the computers are in a workgroup and not a domain, it could be a ForceGuest
(registry value) issue:
