Remote Host Name could not be Resolved

After receiving the assistance request from machine1 by
my email on machine2, I am asked if I want connect to
machine1 now? I say yes and I get a message indicating
that "the remote host name could not be resolved." I
enabled the Remote Desktop and added myself as a User on
machine 1 (the machine I am trying to control from
machine2). But I am still getting the same error message.

So I guess I need a little help.
