HOW DO I LOCK THE COMPUTER AT WORK ACCORDING TO THE HELP
NOTES IT SUPPOSE TO LOCK ITSELF. BUT IT DOES NOT IF SOME
GOES BY AND MESS WITH THE COMPUTER IT DISCONNECTS

It does lock, and requires an administrator password to unlock.

Of course, messing with the power/reset button will work, too.

If I understand your question correctly, to lock your console, you can press
CTRL, ALT and Delete key at the same time to bring up the security dialog,
then click on the "Lock computer" button.
To lock your terminal services session, you can press CTRL, ALT and End key
at the same time to bring up the security dialog, then click on the "Lock
computer" button.
hope this helps.
thanks
Soo Kuan
