remote desktop

I am trying to set up remote desktop to my uncle's computer so I can help him
figure out his photo and other programs. I think I have my end set up but, he
does not unerstand how to on his end. How can I get to his computer if he
does not know how to set it up or even name it?

Remote Assistance is what you want to use as this will allow you to see what
he is doing etc.
