Remote Desktop will not maximize

When I try to connect to a server at another location
thru the Windows Remote Desktop Connection, my screen
doesn't maximize to full screen. Any ideas?

What display resolution? If it is a super-high resolution one (like
1600x1200), you probably have reached the limit imposed by the RDP
Protocol.
