Remote Desktop visibility

Is there any way to have the host of a Remote Desktop session see the screen
of the remote user? I would love to have the person on the host side see what
I'm doing and vice versa.

If your in a domain running Windows 2008 or 2003 server you can shadow a
session. Your other alternatives are Remote Assistance or a third-party
program like TeamViewer.
