Remote Desktop Question

Hi,

We are trying to phase in remote desktop within our company network for use
as a support tool. When connecting to a Win XP client from my machine the
only option is to log on as that user with their credentials and when I am
logged onto their machine they can't see what is on the screen.

We want to be able to connect to any XP client on the network with the users
current credentials and allow them to see what we are doing on the machine.

I'm not sure whether this is the correct forum to post this question. Please
advise on a more appropriate one if I am posting to the wrong newsgroup.

Remote Assistance is more appropriate for your help desk/support type
function. In a domain environment you can also use the "offer" feature to
make it easier to start the process. If you go to "Start -> Help and
Support" and search on the string 'offer remote assistance' there are
knowledge base articles that describe this. You should be able to use that
through a VPN also.
