Remote Desktop Connection problem

I have 2 pc's, A and B, both running XPpro SP2. A is wired to a
wireless router, B is wireless. When B is booted and sitting at a
login screen, A cannot RDC to it ... the error on A is:
"The client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote
connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to
accept new connections. It is possible that network problems are
preventing your connection."
.... note that that is the same error that occurs even when B is not
booted at all.

But, if I login to B first, then a RDC from A always works fine. Is
there some service or something that needs to be set to start even
when no-one is logged in on B?

I would go to "Start | Run" and type services.msc at the command line. Then make sure "Terminal
Services" is both "Started" and set to "Automatic"...

Ok I set TS to Auto and restarted ... same problem ... of course at a
login screen I cannot tell if TS is really started or not, unless
there is some way to remotely check services.

More info: On B, if I login then logout (and so B is sitting at the
login screen) A *can* RDC into B ... It is only after a fresh boot on
B that A cannot RDC into B.
