Remote Desktop Client

I currently run a Remote Desktop Server on a Win XP Pro machine at home, port
forwarded so I can access it elsewhere (and it works).

However, when trying to access it from behind an HTTP proxy I am unable to
do so. I know the home machine is working - I can access my web server on
port 8080. Does the RD client need to be configured for a proxy? (I couldn't
find any config options in the program). I know that it isn't a case of
blocking the port, because I run it on port 443 and I can access HTTPS
services from behind the proxy.

Thanks in advance,

Maximilian.
