Remote Desktop Black Screen

I have been having a problem with a Remote Desktop black screen when
connecting to a Windows 2003 server. There are three Win2003 systems in a
data center, here is what I know so far...

1. I get a black screen when connecting to server one from multiple machines.
2. Others can connect to server one without a problem using their login or
mine.
3. I can connect to servers two and three without a problem using the same
machines that exhibit the black screen.

The problem does not appear to be my machine or settings since I can connect
to other servers in the same data center without a problem.

The problem does not appear to be the server, or my credentias, as others
can connect to it without a problem.

This leaves me to believe it is something directly related to my systems and
that server. I read in a forum post somewhere about being disconnected from a
Remote Desktop session, but not logged off. Can anyone tell me how to log off
from an RD session, or at least a workaround for my problem?

Thanks,

There are three ways to kill a terminal session:
- Reboot the TS;
- Terminate it via the Terminal Services Manager;
- Terminate it by using the most appropriate command
from the set of TS commands - see here for the full list:
