remote desktop and remote assitance

you canot intiate a remote desktop connection because the
window logon software on the remote computer has been
replace by incompatible software ginamsi.dll and it says
contact your vender for a vesion that is compatible, this
work before no problems.


also remote assitance not responding just hangs and does
nothing

need help TOM
 
Is it possible that the message is literally true?
Have you checked the remote computer?
