I run a small business on Windows 2000 server with 15 computers on the network. How can I interact and/or control a user session? I frequently work remotely and am not available on site often and I would like to be able to step into any computer on the network and take that work station over as if I'm sitting there. Can anyone point me in the right direction

Thanks

Hello,

I believe you might be able to use SMS Server to accomplish this:

More details are available at
http://www.microsoft.com/smserver/evaluation/overview/default.asp

As far as third party tools, you might be able to use something like
PCAnywhere.

WinVNC will do what you want, and it's free.
