Enable Remote Desktop on XP. Open the XP firewall or any hardware routers
or software firewalls to allow unsolicited inbound traffic on port 3389, TCP
to the XP machine.
Ascertain the current IP address of the DSL connection.
Dial up an Internet connection from Win98, install the client from
Microsoft's site, and connect, using the IP address.
